And, yes, I am a standing desk guy. After a couple of decades hunched over a monitor at a sitting desk, my neck couldn't take it anymore. I switched to a standing desk, and, after a couple of months, the stabby neck pains all went away. I still get some mid-back pain if I forget to take breaks from time to time, but nothing as bad as it used to be.
