Lovely, and not at all what I was expecting from the title of the piece. The colors, especially on the spider are amazingly vivid and draw the eye to the pet while making it feel even more dangerous and venomous. I like the background as well; nice and subtle so it doesn't compete with the focus of the piece, but does give you a sense of location.
