IIRC, he was wearing that necklace (the one that makes you unable to die) at the time, so he survived but was basically broken. Capria took him away for a rousing torture session. Ah... the END of the story... and told in a way that only Sephni can! So nice that she's not quite as crazy as she was... but I'm betting on "still a bit crazy", especially considering it was Imugi, a DarkSider who 'cured' her. :p
