Here's how it works: the Haiclue is a haiku written by one of our most poetically-inclined team members (hi Alex!) and featuring the voice of the esteemed Addison Anderson. It contains three lines, each of which is a clue that hints at the subject of one of this month's upcoming lessons.

Try to guess all three lesson topics, and post your guesses in the comments section of this Patreon post!

Get those synapses firing and let's play!

#1 seems to be about the history of South American civilizations of the past, including Quipu which is a way to record history. #2 is probably about bird vocalization (although I won't be surprised if Peter Griffin from Family Guy makes a brief cameo 😉). May be this is related to the significance of bird chirping and singing for communications and other uses. #3 is about Thor! I kinda felt it had something to do with Norse mythology after seeing the picture. Legend has it that Utgard-Loki (king of the Frost Giants) gives Thor a number of tasks to test his strength, one of which was lifting a huge cat.

This month is tricky! I only have vague knowledge on these things (thank god for Ted-Ed :P) #1 is either about quipu itself, or Inca society/culture/history as a whole recorded its history? #2 tweeting/chirping birds! #TweetABird ;) #3 is about Thor lifting a cat (which was actually a serpent destined to die at Ragnarok at Thor's hands) as part of a set of trials set by giants!
