Looking at older photos for me is a great reminder to enjoy the moment, how you feel, what you look like. Because in a few years, you will look back at it and say “I was beautiful. Flexible. skinny. Young. Happy. Grateful. Did I enjoy it all fully at the time? Or did I have doubts and such?”
