🗡️❄️🧊 As you channel your arcane energy, the air around your hand begins to shimmer with a cold, ethereal light. With a swift motion, you draw forth a blade made entirely of crystalline ice, its edges glinting dangerously in the dim light. The sword feels balanced and sharp, almost humming with frozen energy.

As you strike at your foe, the blade cuts through the air, leaving a trail of frost in its wake. Upon impact, a burst of icy shards explodes from the blade, enveloping your target in a chilling embrace. You watch as frost rapidly climbs up their form, their movements slowing dramatically. In a final, decisive blow, your enemy is overcome by the intense cold, their body freezing over completely until they stand before you, not as a living foe, but as a perfectly sculpted statue of ice, encapsulated in an eternal moment of defeat. 🗡️❄️🧊

Range: Self

Components: V, S

Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

Classes: Druid, Sorcerer, Wizard

You conjure a blade of ice in your hand. This magic weapon lasts until the spell ends. It is considered a simple melee weapon, and you are proficient with it. It has the finesse and versatile properties. On a hit, the target takes 1d6 cold damage, or 1d8 cold damage if wielded with two hands.

If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points by damage dealt by this weapon, that creature becomes a frozen statue and is considered petrified.

Additionally, when you hit a creature with this weapon, its speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn, as ice forms around their feet and legs.

At Higher Levels: The spell's damage increases when you reach 5th level (2d6 or 2d8), 11th level (3d6 or 3d8), and 17th level (4d6 or 4d8).
