In this new version, there are 4 new Charas: Miyako, Misaki, Bocchi and Isuzu. You can build more rooms so that you can accommodate them all.

In the city, a new place has opened. It's called the relax room and it allows your character to relax after a hard day of work. There are also a few more contracts you can be hired for.
