 i'm gonna discriminate the first 3 (deathclaw, Kindred, crescent) and erase the less 7 voted characters for the next round

to make some partiality

will add some of the excluded models (due space in the poll) and the previous vote characters will be participants AGAIN without the 3 most voted and 7 less voted  

the first 3 places of this poll will match with the other 3 ones of the first poll for the 3rd round

making a 6 characters for the 3rd round

this time the votes are limited to 2 votes per user, (if someone exceeds that amount all his votes are discarded)
