new tier from the 25/02 "15 USD" pledge (Patreon)

As i mention, since the 25/02 will be a new pledge for the incoming proyects
Starting with the Taomon and Renamon Release the 1 of March
Also patreon dont have a option to change the pledge value (i can guess why)
but i just can add a new one "15 USD"

Now take in count the next:

-"15 USD" will be the new basic pledge to get new models, all models from now will cost 15 uds to get them.
-Patreon Charges you when you update the pledge and again in the 1St o each month
So be careful, if you swap to the 15 USD Now partreon will charge you when you swap the pledge And Again the 1St!
-the old 10 pledge will be avaible for a while until most of them migrates to 15th one
