Is that chain around her chest an actual restraint, of simply something added in. I otherwise love the details in the cuffs!

You know, I don't really know Doctor Who very well, but this is definitely a very nice piece! Thematic bondage, a perfect gagged expression, and some very lanky legs.

In the reference photo that inspired the pose, it was just a chain that yoked around the shoulders and linked down to the cuff. Probably a more cosmetic addition than intensely restricting.
