Here's something fun to kick off the month (and the year): Another fake cover from the "Harley's Harem" universe.  I drew this one from a concept Aidenke pitched at me, then he added the text elements to the cover himself.  These Gotham girls sure get up to a lot of kinky hijinks...

The payoff to getting caught last issue is absolutely delightful, with some classic expressions that show off those gags in an interesting and fun way. Between Harley's adorable enthusiasm as she's got Steph totally losing it, and then Ivy making Kara regret pointing out her near-escape, it makes me want to figure out what might happen next... and hopefully people like this fun "second issue" as much as the first! XD

Second of Many

There's so much to love here. What I really love with your Harley's Harem pieces is that they give you a chance to depict an entire scene and the interplay of characters, in a way that's you can't do with just one character in a pin up. And you've really done a great job with this scene. I love how layered in is, with mutliple layers of action making it feel dynamic and interesting. Especially given the fact that its a cover means it isn't wide, pushing the characters close to each other and giving Kara no space to escape. The claustrophobic feeling makes the futility of Kara's attempts to hop away clear and does what any good cover does - makes you wonder what's going to happen next. There is also such a great level of detail everywhere. Harley and Steph look amazing, despite their relatively minor role in the cover as a whole. You really feel the tension between Steph's restricting bondage and the sheer level of movement from her tickle torture. And the details of Kara's bondage are amazing, from the ways the ropes of Kara's chest harness overlap to the way her shirt and dress have been scrunched together. Also, got to love the little back up feature at the bottom left. That's a fun little element, that really enhances the whole cover idea. And is an adorable picture of Harley and Ivy as well.

Thanks, really glad you like this one. It was a challenge, and a time-consumer, but it was fun and I was pleased with the results. And the little inset featuring the back-up story was a happy accident. I originally had the same "UPC" box on this one that I used on the previous HH cover, but Aidenke wanted to give this one a more modern look w/o the UPC, and I ended up whipping up the "date night" art to fill in the open space that was left there. So it was born out of sudden necessity, but I ended up really liking it as its own little drawing.
