Charlie Tied (Patreon)

The seventh winner from the October poll is Charlie Magne from "Hazbin Hotel".  Another character I'm not very familiar with, but she's got a fun design and seems to fit the Halloween season.
We will wrap up the month when the adult Wednesday Addams returns to wish you a Happy Halloween later this week.  There's also a barefoot Rapunzel in the work from the poll suggestions, but she won't be ready till early November.
