The fifth winner from the July character poll is a leashed-up Anita Radcliffe from the animated 101 Dalmatians  (aka Mrs. Dearly from the original source story).  
I also have one more July poll winner on the way: Jane Porter from Tarzan. She'll have to be rolled over into next month, but will be posting soon.

Also, this version has two standard versions (with and without glasses), while the hood alt is for the "extras" tier.
