There's something too fun about a character like Tigress looking supremely annoyed to be stuck in so much pink gear. Carmen getting a little revenge in the best possible way here! XD

Carmen must be enjoying being in charge this time. I love all the additional details you have put into the picture. Things like the cage in the background or Carmen teasing Tigress with the cat toy really bring the image alive. Gives a complete picture of Tigress' humiliation and why she's so annoyed. Combined with her great pose and expression, it really creates a complete story

this is incredible :) especially the gag. honestly the more Carmen Sandiego pictures the better, simply loving them.
