A dream come true boudoir scene (Patreon)

I’m not just referring to having a beautiful model like Ashley in a stunning red lingerie set that she slowly takes off - which, by itself,  was an indispensable part of the dream! The other ingredients were the space, light and temperature afforded to us by our shoot location - our villa in Tenerife.  To start, being able to shoot from outside the bedroom’s patio door, which opens into the back garden meant that my model was very well lit,  by placing her by or near the patio door. It also meant that the background wasn’t just blurred, it was also dark as it was dimly lit.  The second advantage is that by being in the garden, I had space to move and could create various compositions that are not often possible when one is confined into a small room, eg full body capture.  In this case, I could actually see parts of the garden in the door reflection, which, by itself, made an interesting composition.  Last but not least, being able to do this semi-outdoors shoot in early February, in the relatively sunny warm conditions of Tenerife was a double bonus - neither the model nor I froze while doing this shoot!
