Image of the Day on Model Folio (Patreon)

I haven’t been posting all that much on MF recently, so it’s nice to win IOTD with the very first pic I uploaded from my three weeks in Cyprus.  It’s an art nude image with Ashley Ashton, shot on 27th September, our very first day of shoots in Ayia Napa.

It was nearly midday and the light was rather harsh. Most photographers would have avoided the strong sun but I always like to break rules…by underexposing by 2/3 of a stop, I managed to avoid over exposing any part of the image and the blue of the pool and the sky became more saturated.  I am adding the technical details for the benefit of those interested in my photography technique.
I must also add that one of the other photographers was holding a reflector for me, which explains the golden glow on Ashley’s body.
