The balcony shoot (Patreon)

The morning of Thursday 5 May, we were planning to shoot at White Stones - we did get up early and I mean 6am. But the weather wasn’t cooperating, it wasn’t just hazy, there was dust in the atmosphere, which would no doubt spoil the shoot.  So we decided the next best thing is …the hotel balcony.  The natural light was actually very good - all I had to do is work with it, I was shooting from as far back as I could go on the balcony without falling out (!) into the balcony door.   Here are the results. Tell me what you think!  
ps the next day the atmosphere was perfect as it had rained the afternoon but sadly amber was poorly so I shot at White Stones with Grace on her own.  You have already seen those images - that are truly outstanding, worthy of several FPIs in my honest opinion…
