I honestly hate Billy he’s so power hungry and always working his own angle and anything John or flint try’s to do, he has to give a problem with. He was ok with killing and re-enslaving the people who are supposed to be allies. Now he’s completely ok with killing everyone including his own people just for revenge, he’s a snake

There is a difference between Flint and the maroons plan vs Rackham and Max's plan. Rackham and Max just want to take Nassau back from Rogers whereas Flint and the maroons want to wage war against the entirety of the British empire. Hence why the grandmother would want Flint dead and why the two plans clash.
