I really thought in a recent past episode I heard Carol tell Daryl "You can't live your life with just HER dog" and my ears perked up, because what...?!! Now it all made sense. I'm not sure but you guys may have missed small details in the scenes but either way one of my favs and great reaction

This is one of my favorite episodes in the entire series. I love seeing how Daryl met Dog and knowing Daryl had an actual intimate relationship with someone for a while. I really don't like it when Daryl and Carol are at odds with each other. They've been surviving together since the Atlanta camp sight. I would hate for them to break their strong friendship.

This is my FAVORITE Daryl episode thus far 👏🏻 . What’s wild is that Maggie has been away from the gang 2-3x as long as she was WITH them 🤯. Daryl’s timeline (EST. From 10x18) - Look for Rick ~ Summer 2014-Spring 2020 - Meets 🐶 ~ Spring 2016 - Meets Leah ~ Spring 2017 - 2nd Time Leah ~ Autumn 2017 - Tree Tension w/ Leah ~ Summer 2018 - FISH & Deah😏 ~ Autumn 2018 - Leah Missing ~ start of Autumn 2019 Take it all in & just let it sit how long or short some of the “relationships” on the show were vs their impact on the characters back then or to this day. I think it’s fascinating when looking how long they knew Rick/Carl/Glenn in reality vs how long they’ve known others since then🤔.

“Red blooded man” WELL, funny you say that, after Daryl NOT having a relationship for 10 seasons of the show some fans had adapted to the idea at that point that he was straight up Asexual, and it was honestly quite awesome to have a prominent masculine figure in a show like TWD that had so many meaningful non-romantic relationships (and didn’t even really need one). I think this episode is lovely, but also did feel that it felt shoved in at the end as a mandatory Daryl pairing, whereas he and Connie’s chemistry had been building nicely and many people liked that ship quite alot despite the Asexual headcanons! Anyways obviously not trying to change anyone’s minds, I’m a lurker so usually quiet but have been here a while, just thought you guys might be interested in how some of the fans felt watching in real time :))🫡🫡!

Yeah, this storyline always felt very forced to me, and just didn't sit well with what we knew of Daryl. He definitely felt kind of Ace/Aro, or maybe just significantly stunted in that area due to his abusive background.

I loved this episode, it's a different side of Darryl that was missing and it kinda explains why he didn't want to go there with Connie. Also baby dog is so adorable, my heart 🥰

This thing with Leah might have been a connection, but I still think ultimately that Daryl has been in love with Carol this whole time. He was just to awkward to act on it. Then Carol started having relations with other people, and when Ezekiel stepped into the picture he just wanted to fade into the background. That's why him and Ezekiel decided they didn't like each other. Competition for Carol's heart.

I absolutely hate this episode because it absolutely feels like a shoehorn for Leah. It felt forced in my opinion. Where it literally takes Daryl seasons to open up to our main characters. Idk 🤷🏾‍♀️ it was very strange to me. The only thing I liked was the Carol & Daryl dynamic in this episode.
