Any movies missing are either because we have seen them, they are not "Sci-Fi" OR will be on the next poll with the winners of this one. PLEASE VOTE FOR MORE THAN 1 AS USUAL 🥰. Looks like there will be 3 polls due to the amount of different movies. TOP 4 WILL GO THROUGH TO POLL 2!️

Arrival is such a great movie adaption of the wonderful story by Ted Chiang. I hope it get's a chance in this poll, cause I'm pretty sure it's a perfect film to watch for Rob & Trin...

I usually don't like any movies on these polls but there are a few masterpieces this time...Minority Report and A Quiet Place being the top two. Donnie Darko is also a crazy good film...

Seems like there’s a lot of love for the hunger games. Maybe you should do that in a series like LotR so you can see all of the. Just a thought

Ahhh yay I’m pulling for The Prestige and Inception!!! Arrival is so good too! The Prestige and Inception deserve to get much, much higher up in the votes. I really wanna see Trin & Rob react to them 🤞🏻 The filmmaking is amazing and I really think Trin & Rob will enjoy them and all the intrigue that’s built into those stories. Not sure The Hunger Games films are sci/fi. They’re more so teen post-apocalyptic with a very small bit sci-fi. Looks like the films that are more well made and smart are getting less votes. Trin & Rob know how to really appreciate good filmmaking and smart storytelling so I hope people start voting more for the well made films that are getting pretty neglected but deserve to be at the top lol! Anyway, I’m so here for Inception, The Prestige and Arrival 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Agreed 💯 that's DEFINITELY one where if you only watch #1, you're doing yourself a disservice. The entire series (all 4) are a MUST if you are going to watch them at all.) THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE WATCH 💕💋✌🏽

Feel bad for the film "In Time" very underrated movie in my opinion, a little slow at times but a really interesting concept and good action scenes too.

Yeah, it's a little bit disappointing that the most Brainfuck-Movies are getting so less votes: Arrival, Inception, Donnie Darko, The Prestige and so on. Maybe an extra poll for Brainfuck-Movies sometimes... ;-)

I can't get over the fact Hunger Games has so many fans, it's just a cool action movie but nothing actually special. And there are some special ones in that list, lol.

Yes, thank you, sorry I may have not clarified what I meant. I noted it has a little sci-fi but I wouldn’t say it’s the main genre. True that it’s classified under multiple genres (mostly for marketing purposes) including sci-fi, but I least would say the overarching and main genre is young adult dystopian / post-apocalyptic. If I were describing it to a friend to help them know if they’d want to see it or not, I wouldn’t lead with sci-fi. Like for Groundhog Day, it is technically marketed under multiple genres including drama & fantasy and while the film has some elements of drama & fantasy in it, it’s mostly a comedy, so personally I would lead with saying that comedy is the overarching genre of that film. Hope that clears up any confusion I made with my previous comment! Thanks for the clarification!

Ha yeah I’m definitely not opposed to any of the films, sometimes we need more chill films to enjoy, but I would for sure love to see the well made films get some more love bc I do see Rob & Trin know how to really appreciate the well produced films & shows and I appreciate that ha!

They should have separate polls for stupid movies such as Hunger Games & I Am Legend and real cinema such as Arrival, Inception, Minority Report etc. I suppose it's hard to know garbage from gold when you can't read the reviews because of the risk of spoilers.
