I think Daryl refuses to play along because he thinks he deserves to suffer for Glenn's death and wants to punish himself. It sure sucks to see him like this, though. This has definitely been a bleak string of episodes. Great reaction as always!

Daryl is feeling too much guilt for Glenn's death. He feels he deserves to be punished for it. The thing is, every good person there with Negan, all thought the same thing - just play along, and leave when you have the chance. Dwight thought the same. But where is there to go. The guy Dwight caught up with, didn't have anyplace, and knew it, which is why he was willing to die. Apparently, Negan doesn't let his people leave. Daryl has people, and Dwight & Sherrie could have, too, but they chose differently. Daryl can't. I hate that song. It's okay as songs go, but it's torturing Daryl, and I can't have THAT! lol

i believe they already have subtitles turned on Rob just cuts off that bottom and top part of the screen to make it look nicer for the reaction video.,

A week after this episode aired I was at a walking dead convention, waiting outside Norman Reedus photo booth and a band nearby played 'Easy Street' continuously the entire time Norman was in the booth Just trying to get on his nerves for a laugh 😆
