This episode raised one of the most polarizing discussions within the Lost fandom, if Sayid actually tortured her or not. I think he did... Also (I don't think that's a spoiler) the cable they found was on "our" island but Jack was hold captive on Hydra Island so those are two different things - at least it seems that way...

I love this episode for its fairly extensive bits of exposition (by Lost standards, anyway), and for containing a seemingly innocuous phrase that will be called back to much later, and which blew my mind when I made the connection. ;) Long way to go still, but can't wait!
