Mephistopheles

B-Komachi was also the name of Ai's idol band, hence why they were so surprised. Calling your group like that is akin to saying they're rebuilding the group with new idols. As for Aqua: I agree that the way he approaches the situation is "wrong". But, if you look back at the ending of episode 1, something inside him changed after Ai's death. In his "revenge quest" he started to focus only on achieving his goal, and in so doing he started to almost lose touch with reality. People are not people, but they are pawns; acting and school are not activities, but they're the means to achieve said goal; relationships are not something to build with another person, but something to use to get closer to that goal. Aqua created inside himself a warped and distorted "alternate" reality, in which he must—and will—play the villain to achieve his goal, no matter how many people he has to trample. And while it's reasonable not to agree with his actions, I personally love the way his character was brought about: at the end of the 1st episode his current self was destroyed, and a new self, filled with rage and hatred, was born. And looking at it from his point of view, what he's doing is not "wrong": he's not hurting anybody, after all. Manipulation has simply become a tool he's not afraid of using, even if, without him realising it, he is forcing someone else to do his bidding. I only want to point out that the manga gives off an even more oppressive feeling of certain scenes compared to the anime: in the manga every chapter is filled with anxiety and toxic oppression that feels like you're drowning as you're reading it.
