Lovely movie, I love Violet's dress and the dance, some excellent moments for sure. If you do ever rewatch the series, look forward to the small things you may have missed. Example they mention the Drossel Royal family a lot in this movie, which is in reference to when Violet wrote the public love letters for the princess, if she hadn't done that, this never would have happened. One more gut punch to go Gaz, KyoAni isn't going to hold back.

What a beautifully animated & scored movie. Loved the animated subtleties; like how the sunlight & wind adds to the emotion of a scene. Violet’s character arc is extraordinary & leaves you with such a lasting impression. Props to Yui Ishikawa’s voice acting for doing a wonderful job fleshing out her character. I now understand why the studio had cast her for the part of Mikasa in AOT. Her voice work in the finale was simply amazing.
