Highschool DxD is definitely an anime that just so perfectly fits the term - guilty pleasure lol The overall concept of the world is one that I found to be a very interesting take on things. But as you have noted, multiple referees will be required to watch it. So while this anime can be enjoyable, it also really depends on how comfortable you are with fan service....lots and lots of fan service haha.

yes its definitely a guilty pleasure for sure XD but ignoring the fan service it does still have a very good underlying story with some solid action scenes as well.
