It has been a tough couple of days for Teddy and Juri since it's been raining constantly the past couple of days but like the amazing carpenters that they are, they just powered through it. They managed to put the molding around all the steel beams and all that's left to do is to wait for the steel deck to make room for the second floor where my studio is going to be.

They also found some tree trunks and used it to  prop up the beams up top.  It should be enough to take the weight of the cement and steel deck.

Steel Decking is going to be used to create the second floor...Floor. There's this other option where we use plywood to hold the cement in place but it's going to cost a whole lot more. Steel Deck is one of the most expensive parts of this construction and i'm really happy and grateful that you guys are making it possible for me to purchase this. The price of the steel deck is about 560 per linear meter and we need enough of it to cover all 16x23 feet. It would've been cheaper but the seller said that the factory that makes it burned down and the prices went up. I don't believe them and i'm sure it's just a way to get more money from our project.

The studio still needs a lot of work but the good news is the vital parts of the studio are almost done; That being the beams  and such.

After i order the steel deck it's going to be time to rent a cement mixer and start pouring in concrete which is another story for another day.

I can't thank you guys enough for helping me build my studio. I hope you guys enjoy these work in progress photos. It's something to show you guys on where your support for me goes.

I'll keep updating you guys on how the studio is doing.

I hope you guys are taking care of yourselves out there. Cheers!

Oh and i'll be rolling out the rewards soon. Thank you guys for being patient. :)
