Did someone say Fortnite.

Ovalson Iyvn

Seem like they are in a Target store from the look of the carts color to be red.

Alx Porrini

Tabitha likes Fortnite. Good thing I like Sabrina more.

From what i can tell, Funko will make a Pop for anything that has at least a dozen fans for it.

Love it :)

Dogman15

Tabitha made a pony reference in 2016: http://sabrina-online.com/strips/SabOnline806.GIF Wait, what year was that actually, and what year is it actually now?

Direwarg

Well it is the truth but we call them collectibles

VGreenGoblinV

Time for an inconvenient truth, folks. A LOT of our favorite action figures and toy products aren't that interesting to our kids. Action figures in GENERAL are on a sharp decline in terms of overall popularity. Kids have computers in their pockets 24/7, It only stands to reason that they'd be more interested in digital games and social media, sadly. =/ Nature of it all, I'm afraid. Transformers are being kept afloat, mainly by the old guard continuing to by more catered stuff, like the studio series or the masterpiece collection. You even see it with Power Rangers. That's why those retro models came back in a big way a few years back. There's always gonna be a market for action figures, don't get me wrong. But that market's gonna get more and more niche.

Tigermark

One of us. She's now one of us.

If you leave them unopened, they aren't toys. They're collectables. :)

Kevin Cason

"Kids have computers in their pockets 24/7, " to be fair, there is no law saying they HAVE to have these cellphones at all =3

Tabitha is channeling my nephew :P

McClaw

Those are the ones that stayed with it, apparently.

McClaw

Funko is the U.S. version of the Japanese "figures from media" industry. Expect more eventually.

McClaw

"Toy" means you keep it because it's fun (even if never actually played with). "Collectible" means you keep it to remember that you have it. "Art" means you keep it to look at it.

McClaw

And as it becomes more niche, there will be more pressure to make them personalized. But we already have a model for what the action figure industry could become -- Japan's collectibles industry.

McClaw

Toy: to be played with. Art: to be looked at. Collectible: to remember you have it.

I think tabitha is becoming a tomboy

Timmainsson

Never too old for toys. Never too old to enjoy fun

Man. What did Funko Pops do to be hated so much?

Anonymous

I think the guys need a comic of their own.

Moudi

Kids are kids and will always be kids. Only the appearance of the toys changes from time to time.
