There's a crowdfunding campaign going on to buy TRU ($200 million or so raised so far) so the ending may not be there just yet.

Really!? That's quick. TRU only announced their closure last week. Even though I've never been inside of one, it's sad to see a well known store like that close. Best of luck to the campaign.

well it did put all our Local Department stores out of business. selling chines made toys at low prices. kind of Ironic that an even cheaper store put them out of business. maybe you all like waiting weeks for a toy but a 4 year old dose not.

yeah we have a bunch over here i get the toys for my sister there and the presents for my 36 year old colleague last year i got an Unicorn figure and Hulk hands . Were i work we like Making these joke presents ^^ but the Hulk-hands were bulls eye , and i bought some for me too .
