MY ANSWER:

The date of your death. I think if you knew the cause you would spend your entire life trying to prevent it from happening and therefore live your life enslaved to the idea of saving yourself. However if you knew the date, you could mentally prepare for everything well in advance, and all your loved ones would be ready for it too so their grieving process would be alot more manageable?
