I watched the station 11 show but did not read the book. My wife had read the book and I think she said it was fairly faithful as far as adaptations go? The show was well made but the story is so perposterous that I had a hard time with it in the end. But I am kind of a snob when it comes to writing and plotting so don't let me spoil your fun. My monthly favorites for October: Music: been re-listening to the album "Showtime" by Nitzer Ebb TV/Movie: i enjoyed "Rings of Power" despite it basically throwing almost all Tolkein canon in the garbage. It was so visually stunning and I just always want more elves and wizards in my life. Cosmetic/Smell: Uhh maybe the smell of autumn leaves starting to decay? ASMRtist: I don't really seek out new ASMRtists, I mostly just stick with the ones I have been listening to for years like you. :) Book: i recently read Warbreaker by Brandon Sanderson. I enjoyed it quite a bit.
