Tier changes (Patreon)

Ah looks like I can't just edit existing tiers to a lower price? I don't really want to put people through choosing and paying all over again so I'll make the 4$ tier available and the 5$ will be deleted eventually when everybody switched to 4$! Or I'll keep it optional haha.
