Hello everyone I wanted to ask your opinion on how to proceed with the Worgen animation as I have a bit of a problem with it.
At the moment I'm running into a issue that's sapping my will to continue with the animation right now. The Worgen animation was made in 60 FPS, this was before I did more research on animation and proper animation practices and timings i.e animating in 2s or 4s etc. All of my game project animations were done in 24 fps and it has been a world of difference in terms of speed and more importantly the speed of physics simulations and having to re-bake a mesh a dozen times and export it, I've spent 3 hours on a single breast simulation in 60FPS and in 24FPS it takes me forkin' maybe 2 or 3 bakes to get correct so around 10min tops? It's hilariously night and day, however I want to just be honest about it and forth coming, I don't know if I have the energy to deal with the nightmare of 60FPS. To put it more simply, I value time over everything, I could probably remake the entire animation in 24FPS in the same time it would take me to finish up the next 10 second loop section of that animation which I estimate would be about 2 weeks tops
What I propose is I work on a new animation based on a poll, that way I can simply start over or start something in 24 FPS. Again I apologize, but the 24 FPS switch is just too huge to pass up. I'm kicking myself for always trying to animate at such a high FPS because it's a very real "Duh?!" moment lmao...
With that said and that wall of text out of the way, what would you all like to see, please choose everything that sounds appealing to you and I'll animate by interest/popularity (THESE WILL ALL BE DONE IN A NORMAL NON CEL SHADED STYLE) Also some of these just may end up in the finished game as Game_Overs, cutscenes, etc <3
