I had all 4 removed at once, they knocked me out, it's an IV sort of injection to put you to sleep. When they did it, I was getting cold so they wrapped me in blankets and I fell asleep very fast. More potent than any sleeping pills. I would recommend it because I woke up after everything was done. They wanted me out of the office ASAP because I slept too long. Painless and I got to take a week off from work. Of course be sure to only eat extremely soft stuff and you need to clean out the holes ALL THE TIME. If you don't, your breath smells like shit and tastes even worse, lol I lived off of soup and cinnamon rolls, my buddy when he had his removed lived off of Honey buns and yogurt.

I had to get 3 removed and the Military took mine out, all they did was numb my mouth. Happened in bootcamp, was nice not having to yell for like 3 full days, and got to skip PT as well.
