Forgetting my meds for two days was enough to remind me that they were doing their job just fine, and that I might just need some more help. Thankfully, I'm now blessed with a therapist who I thoroughly connect with, and who has incredible amounts of compassion and empathy to offer. The biggest challenge right now is sharing my struggles more often with the people around me, instead of keeping it bottled up and blaming myself for everything. Thanks for making these kinds of posts, and all the love in the world for Sayori.
