Aside from the comments saying to buy a helmet which are very correct, also consider a motorcycle airbag, you wear them on your torso and they attach to your bike with a ripcord. Should you get ejected from your bike, the cord will pull, inflating the bag around your torso, protecting your back and chest but most importantly preventing your neck from moving very much when used with a helmet, which can save you from a broken neck.
