As you've already noticed, I prefer rare posts instead of making lots of little ones. So, speaking of the update, I was busy refining some script issues and started working on technical aspects.

So what I have achieved by now is that I've made a system where there are visual indicators referring to characters that you can ask questions. It saves you from having to check each character manually for possible dialogues. Moreover, pushing this system even further, you will be noticed every time a known character gets a new dialogue option. Speaking of characters, I am in the process of giving Lia, Anna, and Alice new lines and interactions to get to know them better. Lia and Alice will also have their pets, just like Anna.


I also changed the whole outside tilesets in a more yellow direction. The default green was killing me, so this will give more contrast and possibly more dramatic lighting in certain situations.

I've also made additions to the battles, trying to make them more interesting with new enemy skills and behavior. And am still working on it.

The update will come out before the new year. Yes, it's been a lot of time, but it is a lot of an update. With a great advancement of the main plot, key characters introduction, and a lot of useful upgrades. But the plot-oriented update doesn't mean you won't be able to enjoy someone's company. On the contrary, you will, and this time there will be a lot of space for replayability with new scenes. With my artwork, I will show you the outside beauty of my girl. With the lines she utters, I will show you that she is not as simple and as beautiful on the inside.
