PATREON is Cancelling Jody's Corner (Patreon)

Viz Media has put a infringement claim against my patreon page and they want me to take down ALL of my Naruto, HxH, OPM reactions or my page will be suspended. Why are they coming for me? Why do i always have issues. Everyone else on this freaking platform does the same thing im doing! What about them!?!?!? Here is what theyre saying.

Hello,

I’m Blaire from the Trust & Safety team here at Patreon.

We have received a notification of claimed copyright infringement from VIZ Media LLC regarding materials associated with your Patreon account.

We’ve considered the claim and found it to be compliant and, as far as we can determine at this time, pursued in good faith. Please remove the associated materials at your earliest convenience and note that should no changes be made until April 1st your page will be suspended.

Over the last few days, we’ve received an influx of these notifications from a few rights holders that cover over 10,000 Patreon posts and are also impacting other creators. The notifications came in many emails and sometimes lumped several creators together. These are distinct from the URLs we identified in our previous message.

If you have a good faith belief that this notification of claimed infringement was a result of a mistake or misidentification of the claimed material, then you may submit a counter-notification. A compliant counter-notification must include the following information:

-- Your name, street address, and telephone number;
-- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which that address is located or, if you live outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for any judicial district in which Patreon may be found;
-- Identification of the material that was removed and the location (typically a hyperlink if available) at which the material appeared on Patreon before it was removed;
-- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that this notification of claimed infringement was a result of a mistake or misidentification of the claimed material; and
-- A physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive your counter-notification, we will determine whether it meets the statutory requirements and then forward it in full, including your contact information, to the claimant. The claimant will then have ten business days to file a lawsuit against you. During this ten business day period, the material must remain down and cannot be reposted on Patreon. If they file suit, then the material must remain down pending resolution of the court action. If they do not, then Patreon may restore it.

We urge you to seek out legal counsel if you have questions or concerns on this topic and before deciding to submit a counter-notification.

Here is the VIZ Media Docx they sent. But this that they sent says that I reacted to JOJO's Bizarre adventures!?!? When I dont react to that! Then it shows a totally different Patreon page called "AlphaZipAnime" on Patreon. 

It looks like they have me confused with another creator on the documents they sent BUT on my patreon dashboard, it still says that I have a claim against me, so all this drama is still on Jody's Corner.

As soon as I start to grow....... They come for me. Im starting to think this isnt by accident.
