Yeah I didn't like that moment either. I thought it woulda been better maybe if he hit him with an unfinished rasengan instead of the completed version. Then at least we would know he hasn't fully learned that technique. It just diminshes how hard both Naruto AND Kakashi had to train in order to use it.
