In the sequel to Martial Law, a group of specialized extractors go into a city that is being plagued with a mysterious force causing people to be mutated into monsters.  The group attempts to extract a VIP client from the heart of the city where they are holed up in a safe room.  They have a plan, but no idea the caliber of enemy they're about to go up against.
