First month of the summer is in the books!  Got a lot of work done this month despite summer being a traditionally low period for productivity and I'm hoping that the changes that have been done are going to keep it up for the rest of the year.  So far we've got a ton of stories that are currently on the patreon schedule to be released and we had a large update for Rain and Shine, and hopefully we can expect the same thing to happen in July.  As for the financial side of things we did experience a dip in patreons, but that is usually to be expected as we roll into the summer months and after having several months of growth it's not too bad of a thing.  All in all it was a good month with a lot of positives on the board, and though I did lose some time due to being vaccinated and celebrating a few things, namely my anniversary, there was a lot of good stuff.

Onto the plans for July.  One major milestone that's going to be happening is that Smilodon Studio is going to be officially debt free once this month's patreons are collected.  While I still have a lot of personal debt attached the fact that I can finally pay off everything that I did to get this business up and running is phenomenal and will put me in better position to do things like buy more assets as well as manage my convention budget better.  It's also going to allow for me to do things like advertise of FurAffinity in order to try and bring a greater crowd to this site as well as to my website, which is still under construction.  It's a big step in trying to get Smilodon Studio to become more than just me writing and coding a bunch of stuff, so we'll see on that.

For content creation I'm expecting a lot more stories to get done, especially bigger projects such as Best in Show and Monsters in the Shadow.  I'm thinking that if this goes well I might be able to even open commissions again in the future since the anthologies have been great for covering for tax months where I lose literally the entirety of my patreon to taxes.  Besides writing and game development we're also looking to get started on putting stuff on YouTube, or at least preparing the videos, and twitch is going to start featuring Dungeons and Dragons once a month.

That's about it, hope everyone has a happy summer!
