Rain and Shine Update Jan 2021 (Patreon)

Hey everyone!  So for this section I had been very busy catching up my queue, but I did fix a number of bugs that were found AND I did link the Casino and Arcade to the corrupter section so you can get a taste of what's coming through there.  I still haven't tweaked them so they fit with the story because I'm still trying to figure that part out, but it's still 2000+ lines of code for you guys to explore.  Enjoy!
