Suggestions update (Patreon)

Just letting ya'll know I'm going to push suggestions into a more frequent kind of setup. Starting next month I'll throw up a poll at the beginning of the month with some of the suggestions left over from this month. That way there will be a bit more variety in what I end up doing pinups of lol. 

Then for the suggestions I'll probably have them just be loaded onto the poll post and pull from them there. Thanks!
