Sneak Peek Image + Question/Help needed (Patreon)

Ok, so I made a decision! My next project will be making the Island Living group of butterflies placeable on our lots. In the above image you can already see the catalog thumbnail as well as the floor decal object spawning the butterflies effect.

Right now I haven't made the invisible swatch yet, as I first want to have the tuning for the visible version working the way I want it to. And that's where I will need your help a bit.
I'm trying to make a view interaction to get a thought balloon of the butterflies to pop-up. The problem is, I can't get it to work.
So I thought, let's search for some other in-game objects that have thought balloons while viewing the object. Now I did try by using the view-interaction on a gnome and multiple paintings, but for none of them a thought balloon pops up.

So my question to you all would be, which objects do you know of that have a thought balloon appearing while using the view interaction? I've also searched in tunings for the balloon interaction on objects, but when testing those objects in game, neither of them showed the thought balloons... is this a problem in my game only or do you've got the same problem?
