-Reflections-
Like I already mentioned in yesterday's post, the angle from which you look at the "lava" will decide how it will be shown. In most cases, you will see the lava pool water as shown in the first image with the "white glare" over it, which is the reflection of the sky.

From up-close, this glare will disappear which makes the colors of the lava to become more bright. In my opinion the lava looks even better this way, but I couldn't make it so you will see it this way all the time. Also when looking at the lava pool water in the evening or at night will make the water to look different and not always in a bad way.

-Swim in Lava Pool Water-
Your Sims will also be able to swim in this "water" just as in every other pool water. They do not treat is as a very hot pool water unfortunately. ;)

-Glow not possible-
Yesterday I've also told you that I wanted to see if I can make it to glow at night. This was a very cool idea, but unfortunately not possible or at least not for me.

-2nd Lava Pool Water-
The last thing I want to share, is that I'm working on another Lava Pool Water. This second one will make it look more as a vulcano in rest, so more black colors and just a few orange/red lava flows in between. I will also try to make these same textures into terrain paint which of course won't move, but still can help creating nice looking vulcanos I hope!

Honestly, I didn't know that I needed this until I see this - and I NEED this...for....science.

Haha, for science! That sounds like a very good argument for using this! 😁 You can also use it to make canals around your houses or castles to scare unwanted Sims away..🧐
