Sneak Peek Images - WIP Info + Invisible Gate - Fence Tool (Patreon)

Sorry for the delay, but with the wedding coming close at the end of this month, we still need to work on some finishing touches with all kind of things and people. :)

About the Invisible Gate + Fence Tool
As the images above show, my invisible gate will work in the same way as other gates do when placed in between fences placed with the fence tool. In most circumstances, this looks quite nice, but some may look a bit strange. I've already figured out how to make this look much better, but I think the only way to really show this, is by making a short sneak peek video. And I haven't had time to record this yet.

Another thing I want to make a short video of, is how it all looks in game when placed in build mode and when interacting with it in live mode.

Invisible Gate Sound
There's one thing I can't 'fix', but maybe isn't that big of a problem either. I can't get rid of the sound a gate makes when opening and closing. I've looked into the tuning, but it turned out that in this case, the sound is attached to the animation and that's far more complicated to remove for a single object. At least for me. I do have to say that I didn't heard it until this afternoon when I was a bit more up-close in game to the gate and didn't had a Spotify list playing in the background.. :)

Invisible Gate on water surfaces
I've also tested the invisible gate in combination with my invisible walls on the water surface of a swimming pool. This also works like it should. This makes it possible to lock certain areas of a swimming pool for other sims. Of course when you want no other Sims then those from your household to enter the swimming pool at all, you can simply build an invisible wall and gate around the entire pool.
