To clarify here: There is in fact an agreement in the lease for the apartments that requires the tenants to be nude more than 50% of the time while they are living there. This is only to keep looky-loos from renting apartments and making other tenants uncomfortable. Guests are absolutely allowed to wear clothes, and tenants can also wear clothes if they chose, as long as they go nude for an equal amount of time.
