The new changes to the reward tiers are finally here!

Changes inlude:

Polls will now be posted on the 25th so the wait time is cut down.
Psd files will no longer be cut down in size, and only available in +5$ tiers
2 new reward tiers
After this poll, higher tiers will have a separate poll for suggestions/requests
