Let's talk a bit about my process. Same layering as always, but I did try using outer glow a little for the lightning/lactation stuff, similar to how Raiden's keyart looks for Genshin. Wanted to make it look like her lightning was milk based now because of her pregnancy. I always felt she was a super intense character, so I took her down a peg; a proud looking woman trying to save face when she's overdue.
