i love that this is titled lost because, like the show, it gave me more new questions than it gave me answers but i’m invested and my brain will obsessively theorize until the next episode. i appreciate audios like this that can make me sit in silent contemplation afterwards trying to figure it all out. 😌

i’m dumb so i’m probably completely off but maybe the ‘candid content’ wasn’t recorded? i assumed it was ‘reality’ (like we’re supposed to be there with him in the past) but i’m not sure

I mean I wouldn't assume that based on that the initial premise is that we've stumbled onto these recordings and we're watching someone in the past. But that's only implied from the premise of the initial "Lost" audio. I just assumed from this wording in the post that the 'candid content' was the listener's imagination drifting off while the person in the tapes is talking. But you know, only Todd knows for sure until we get more information, so it could be!

Lily, I love that you’re taking a real deep dive into this audio today 😂 As for the chicken dude, if he does have a wife and kids — all the more reason for him to take a pause on the excessive napping and chicken consumption.
