Animelee GX - July Update (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to give you a quick update on where things are at and what my plans are for the upcoming months.

First off! I will be releasing this Mute City Stadium stage (which is currently still in progress) at the end of the month, so stay tuned for that release - some people duck out early each month but I'm sure you'll want to add this one to your collection.

While I had a lot of fun this month, I will be switching up my release theming to a mix of skins rather than doing monthly or multiple month long themes. This is to keep things fresh and provide a variety of content rather than a lot of one theme.

With that being said, next month I'm looking back over the skins I released before Animelee started and updating them to this new style. You can check out my SSBMT profile to get a sense of what some of those skins might be.

I'm also really interested to hear if there are any classic skins from Melee's history that you would like to see revisited in Animelee style.

The best example I can give is how Goku Fox had been around for years and years as a texture-only skin, which I was more than happy to convert.

Are there any other classic skins you'd like to see remade?

I've also been hard at work on a secret project based off the work I've done already with the SlippiHUD project. In case you're unfamiliar, here's an example:

This project has been a long-time dream for me and I'm so excited to share more with you about it.

To give you a heads up, this is currently a *stream-side only* tool, which means it works through OBS and only shows up to your stream. When you're playing, you'll just see the ISO of your choice, and these graphics and effects will get layered on top.

As patrons I'm planning on giving you early access to this project as well as instructions on how to set it up and configure it to your own preferences.
